This presentation reviewed how Waikato Institute of Technology have been using Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to deliver educational activities. It explored through hands-on examples
1. The use of video in the assessment of knowledge in the Dairy Industry
2. The use of templates and the assignment function in developing career plans
3. The use of templates and the assignment function in validating professional competencies in agriculture.
4. The use of e-portfolios in validating professional competencies in the health sector
