Abstract
This session provided a brief overview of how e-learning systems are evolving to meet the needs and demands of a mobile workforce. It provided an overview of the concepts of 'modular build' (how disparate systems are bound by a single learning management system) and scaffolding (how users' existing ICT skills are built upon in these environments).
