Tēnā koutou me ngā mihi o te wā. I am a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi, an academic researcher with a main research theme on Indigenous perspectives. My doctoral thesis focused on Māori women's leadership that centres around the characteristics of Māori women leaders and also the pathways to leadership for Māori women. I have created and published a mana wahine framework named "Moko Wahine," which emphasizes supporting and nurturing Māori women leaders. Furthermore, I feature in the Tā Hirini Moko Mead Mātauranga Māori Lecture Series of Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi.
