Abstract

The increasing demands to provide learners with open access to courses bring many challenges. During this session John Clayton will use the Certificate in Open Flexible and Networked Learning to demonstrate the potential of assessment rubrics to internationalise the curriculum, the benefits of self-reflective frameworks for learners and tutors and how portfolios are used to promote student generated content and provide opportunities for open and authentic assessments.
